Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of VAULT / Sentient, a read-only personal-finance intelligence service. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Read-only by design
Sentient aggregates and surfaces information about your finances. It never moves money, executes trades, or takes financial actions on your behalf. Every action is yours to take, in your own institutions.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter this agreement. One account per person.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
4. Data & privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. All data is stored in AWS ap-south-1, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; we'll record the version you agreed to and notify you of material changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
